Is Nuptria free?
Yes. The free plan covers one event and up to 20 guests, with budget, seating, timeline and tasks. Premium is a one-time payment of €4.90 for lifetime access, with unlimited events and guests. The €4.90 price is only for the first 100 buyers; after that, Premium costs €9.90, still paid once.
Is Premium really a one-time payment?
Yes. Premium costs €4.90, paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Premium stays unlocked for your workspace for as long as the workspace exists and we operate the service. The €4.90 price is only for the first 100 buyers; after that, Premium costs €9.90, still paid once.
What if Premium isn't right for us?
Write to us at hello@nuptria.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full. Premium is then removed from your workspace.
What happens when we reach the guest limit on the free plan?
Nothing is deleted. Every guest you have added stays in your plan; adding more than 20 guests needs Premium.
Can we plan together?
Yes. Invite your partner and you both work in the same wedding: one budget, one guest list, one seating plan and one Nuptria AI balance.
Do we have to use Nuptria AI?
No. Premium unlocks unlimited events and guests on its own. Nuptria AI comes with 10 welcome credits so you can try it whenever you like.
What can Nuptria AI do?
Paste a vendor email, a quote, an invoice, guest replies or a to-do list, and Nuptria AI suggests the matching expenses, tasks, events, guests and RSVP updates. It also answers questions about your own plan, like what is still unpaid or who hasn't replied yet, and explains how Nuptria works.
Does Nuptria AI change our plan on its own?
No. Every suggestion appears as a card that you or your partner can confirm, edit or discard. Nothing is saved until one of you confirms it.
Is Nuptria AI included in the free plan?
Nuptria AI is part of Premium, which comes with 10 welcome credits. One credit covers a message of up to 500 words; longer messages cost two.
What happens when our credits run out?
Top up whenever you like: 30 credits for €2.99, 100 credits for €6.99, 300 credits for €14.99. Credits never expire, and both partners share one balance.
What happens to our data when we use Nuptria AI?
Only the details a message needs are sent to OpenAI, which processes them for us under a data processing agreement and does not use them to train its models. Guest email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses are never sent unless you paste them yourself. Conversations can be deleted at any time and are removed automatically after 90 days.
Where is our data stored?
Nuptria is hosted in the EU.
